IDF: Forces continue operations in Northern Samaria
Jerusalem, April 3 (Hibya) – The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) announced that their forces are continuing operations in Northern Samaria as part of anti-terror activities in the region.
In a statement, the IDF said that military units, Shin Bet, and police forces are conducting ongoing operations in Northern Samaria as part of efforts to prevent terrorism in the area.
The statement noted that during an operation last night in Silat al-Harithiya, near Jenin, an explosive device was thrown at Nahal patrol forces. “Security forces responded by opening fire on the terrorists to neutralize the threat. One terrorist was killed and two others were injured. No casualties were reported among our forces,” it said.
