Frederiksen: Ukraine’s freedom is critical for Europe’s security
Copenhagen, August 27 (Hibya) - Danish Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen, in her meeting with newly appointed Ukrainian Prime Minister Denys Svyrydenko, announced that Denmark will continue to support Ukraine and back its path toward European Union (EU) membership.
Danish Prime Minister Frederiksen met with Ukraine’s new Prime Minister Svyrydenko. After the meeting, she stated: “Ukraine’s freedom is critical for Europe’s security. We had a very good meeting with Svyrydenko. Denmark will continue its strong support for Ukraine and back the country’s path toward EU membership.”
Frederiksen particularly emphasized the importance of Ukraine’s strategic position and reform process, stressing the necessity of continued support from the international community.
