EU to Send Vital Aid Supplies to Syria
Brussels, December 13 (Hibya) - European Union (EU) Commissioner for Equality, Preparedness, and Crisis Management, Hadja Lahbib, announced that she has instructed the delivery of 46 tons of vital aid supplies to Syria.
Commissioner Lahbib stated that the EU is closely monitoring the evolving situation in Syria and is in contact with regional partners, including the United Nations.
She added, "I have instructed the delivery of 46 tons of vital aid supplies to Syria and also ordered the distribution of critical humanitarian assistance to affected communities across the country to save lives."
