Dutch Foreign Minister David van Weel met with His Royal Highness Prince Turki Al Faisal bin Abdulaziz Al Saud at the King Fahd Center for Research and Islamic Studies (KFCRIS) in Saudi Arabia.

During the meeting, regional developments in Gaza, Iran, and Afghanistan were discussed, as well as the importance of ending the war in Ukraine.

Later, Van Weel met with Saudi Foreign Minister Faisal bin Farhan to discuss ways to deepen political and economic cooperation.

The talks also covered regional developments, particularly the fragile ceasefire situation in Gaza.

Van Weel expressed his appreciation for Saudi Arabia’s steadfast efforts toward achieving a two-state solution.
