Brekelmans meets with McGuinty
Amsterdam, 23 November (Hibya) – Dutch Defense Minister Ruben Brekelmans discussed strengthening cooperation in defense production, support for Ukraine, and the protection of NATO allies with Canadian Defense Minister David McGuinty.
Minister Brekelmans met with his Canadian counterpart McGuinty to further deepen the strong ties between the two countries. The two discussed increasing defense production, supporting Ukraine, and enhancing the defense of NATO allies in the north and east.
Brekelmans also emphasized that the Netherlands has been grateful to Canada for 80 years for its role in helping the country gain its freedom.
