Canberra, 5 October (Hibya) - Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese welcomed His All-Holiness Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew.
Australian Prime Minister Albanese stated that the Greek-Australian community is a vibrant part of multicultural Australia.
Welcoming His All-Holiness Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew, Albanese said, "Today, by investing in the restoration of this historic Cathedral in Redfern, we are helping to build a new Great Hall, Library, and Museum. This is an investment that will benefit and serve the entire community. It was very special to have His All-Holiness Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew among us on this occasion. Welcome to Australia."
