Zelensky visits wounded soldiers in Dnipro
Dnipro, April 2 (Hibya) – Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky visited a medical facility in Dnipro where wounded soldiers are being treated, during a working visit to the city.
Zelensky inspected the operations of the intensive care, anesthesiology, and polytrauma departments. He was briefed on the hospital's functionality in a full-scale war environment, its state-of-the-art equipment, and the reconstruction efforts after the bombardment.
He met with the defenders receiving treatment and said, "Thank you for your service and defense of our country. I wish you a speedy recovery."
Zelensky awarded the 3rd-degree "Order of Courage" to soldiers who were seriously wounded during combat missions, particularly in the Donetsk region.
