Ukrainian President Zelensky emphasized that aggressors choose destruction over development and repeatedly violate children's rights instead of protecting and caring for future generations.

Zelensky described this as perhaps the most painful aspect of the war, adding: "The vulnerability of children during war is not just an expression but a reality."

Zelensky stressed that children continue their education despite power outages and major attacks, saying: "We are proud of them. This is incredibly important. We are grateful to everyone who helps parents, teachers, and children and supports them."
