Leading a diplomatic delegation, Iranian Foreign Minister Araghchi visited Dushanbe, the capital of Tajikistan, where he held consultations with senior officials and met with his counterpart Sirojiddin Muhriddin.

The two ministers reviewed the progress of bilateral relations in various fields, including political, economic, commercial, cultural, scientific-academic, tourism, and consular affairs.

Muhriddin expressed his satisfaction with the shared determination of the leaders of the two friendly and brotherly countries to strengthen and develop relations and expand exchanges in all areas of mutual interest.
