Ukrainian President Zelensky emphasized that Putin has once again confirmed today that he is afraid of negotiations, strong leaders, and is doing everything he can to prolong the war, stating: "Every move he makes and all his cynical tricks are aimed at making the war endless."

Zelensky reminded that Russia launched a hybrid war against Ukraine in 2014 and turned it into a full-scale invasion in 2022, adding:

"Now there is a chance to achieve real peace, but it is Putin who is doing everything possible to use a pause to continue large-scale massacres or prepare for a new full-scale invasion while maintaining hybrid attacks."

Zelensky emphasized: "World leaders must take into account the mistakes of past years and those of leaders who are no longer on the stage. Putin possesses significant capabilities to destabilize global stability, but he is too cowardly to withstand real pressure from strong leaders. That is why we must act decisively and unitedly."
