He stated that he had ordered key initiatives to be financed from internal resources and had also begun discussions with European partners.
"Additionally, I have ordered the continuation of oversight of suspended US aid programs, particularly in humanitarian, security, and social sectors. This is an area where we and Europe must intensify our efforts to continue supporting our people while the US formulates its new policy," Zelensky said.
