Zelensky stated that the missile hit a street in a residential area with apartment buildings.

According to preliminary reports, it was a ballistic missile attack. “So far, 14 deaths have been confirmed, including six children. I extend my condolences to their families and loved ones. The rescue operation is ongoing, and at least five residential buildings were damaged,” he added.

Zelensky emphasized that Russian attacks occur daily and kill civilians: “There is only one reason this continues – Russia does not want a ceasefire, and we see that. The whole world sees it. Every missile, every attack aircraft proves Russia only wants war. And only global pressure on Russia, efforts to strengthen Ukraine, our air defenses, and our forces can determine when this war will end.”
