US Secretary of State Rubio spoke by phone with Turkish counterpart Fidan
Washington, April 14 (Hibya) – US Secretary of State Marco Rubio spoke on the phone with Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan.
According to a statement by US Department of State spokesperson Tammy Bruce, US Secretary of State Marco Rubio held a phone conversation with Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan.
During the conversation, the threats posed by Iran and its proxy forces to regional security and stability were discussed.
The statement said, "Rubio and Fidan agreed on the importance of cooperation in fighting terrorism and strengthening NATO."
