In its statement, UNRWA said that approximately 11,000 Palestinian staff working in Gaza continue their efforts to ensure the continuity of healthcare, education, and essential humanitarian services despite extraordinary challenges.
The statement also recalled that international discussions on Gaza's recovery and its future governance structure are ongoing, emphasizing that UNRWA's decades of field experience, deep knowledge of the local community, and operational capacity remain of fundamental importance.
