UNRWA: Every preventable degree of warming will mitigate climate change effects
New York, February 1 (Hibya) - The United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA) stated that every preventable degree of warming will help mitigate the effects of climate change.
In its statement, UNRWA emphasized that every preventable degree of warming contributes to reducing the impacts of climate change, adding: "To ensure climate justice and preserve a livable planet, all countries must reduce greenhouse gas emissions and strengthen their national climate action plans."
