UNICEF Executive Director Russell: "Gaza is again the most dangerous place to be a child"

UNICEF Executive Director Russell stated that winter is approaching, saying, "Today, Gaza is again the most dangerous place to be a child. All parties in the conflict, wherever they may be, must do everything possible to protect the lives and well-being of all children. There should not be more child deaths in this conflict."
