Ukrainian President Zelensky made a statement regarding his telephone conversation with Romanian President Dan.

Zelensky conveyed his sympathies following the Russian drone attack on a residential building in the Romanian city of Galați and expressed solidarity on behalf of the Ukrainian people.

Emphasizing the importance of Romania’s swift and strong response to the incident, Zelensky stated that Ukraine is ready to support Romania’s security.

Zelensky noted that Ukraine and Romania are maintaining close military and security coordination in response to Russia’s attacks, that the teams of both countries remain in contact, and that cooperation will continue and be further strengthened.
