Tsahkna: Even if the war ends, Russia’s threat will not disappear
Tallinn, 3 December (Hibya) – Estonian Foreign Minister Margus Tsahkna stated at the NATO Foreign Ministers’ meeting that the threat from Russia will persist even if the war ends.
Estonian Foreign Minister Margus Tsahkna said at the NATO Foreign Ministers’ meeting that even if the war in Ukraine ends, the threat posed by Russia will not disappear.
Tsahkna emphasized that his message at the meeting was clear: “The Alliance must continue to strengthen its deterrence and defence and maintain unwavering support for Ukraine, because achieving a just and lasting peace fully serves the security interests of all NATO allies.”
