Sybiha noted that devastating news continues to come from Asia, stating that the Senyar Typhoon caused massive landslides and floods, resulting in the deaths of more than 900 people and the disappearance of hundreds.

He emphasized that in difficult times Ukraine stands in solidarity with Indonesia, Sri Lanka, Thailand and Malaysia, saying:

“We extend our deepest condolences to the families of the victims and all communities affected by the disaster. We know how vital unity is in a moment of tragedy. Although conditions are difficult for Ukraine, we are ready to provide support wherever it is needed.”
