Starmer congratulates Burnham on winning Makerfield by-election
London, June 19 (Hibya) - United Kingdom Prime Minister Keir Starmer congratulated Andy Burnham after he won the by-election in Makerfield and entered Parliament.
United Kingdom Prime Minister Keir Starmer praised both Andy Burnham’s success in being elected as the Member of Parliament for Makerfield and the Labour Party’s election campaign, commending the voters’ political choice.
Commenting on the election results and congratulating Burnham, Starmer said: "Congratulations, Andy Burnham. Makerfield's new Labour Member of Parliament."
