Sanchez: Rights are not negotiable
Madrid, May 17 (Hibya) - Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez made a statement on his social media account as part of the International Day Against Homophobia, Transphobia and Biphobia.
Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez emphasized equality and freedom in his statement for the International Day Against Homophobia, Transphobia and Biphobia, saying, “Rights are not negotiable.”
Highlighting freedom, diversity and equality in his post, Sanchez said, “Today, we reaffirm our commitment to a Spain that is free, diverse and proud of it.”
Stating that the principle of equality is not open to debate, Prime Minister Sanchez said, “Equality is not debatable. And hatred will never determine the future of our country.”
Expressing that Spain grows stronger through social diversity, Sanchez stated, “Spain progresses when no one has to hide who they are.”
