Radev: We resolutely welcome the spirit and legacy of Tsar Samuel
Sofia, October 4 (Hibya) - Bulgarian President Rumen Radev said the remains of Tsar Samuel had returned to their homeland after 1,000 years and stressed that Bulgaria must be protected.
Bulgarian President Rumen Radev made a statement regarding Tsar Samuel.
Radev said the remains of Tsar Samuel had returned to their homeland after 1,000 years, adding: “After 1,000 years, it was not only the remains of one of our greatest rulers, Tsar Samuel, that returned to the homeland; we also welcomed his spirit, his indomitable resolve, his boundless faith in his homeland and his legacy to protect Bulgaria.”
