Putin congratulated Faustin Archange Touadera on his victory in the presidential elections held on December 28, 2025, and expressed his sincere wishes for the prosperity and well-being of the people of the Central African Republic.
For his part, Touadera thanked the Russian leader for the comprehensive support provided in strengthening the country’s sovereignty and security.
After discussing current cooperation issues in the political, trade, economic, and humanitarian fields, the leaders reaffirmed their mutual commitment to further developing friendly bilateral relations.
