Plenkovic: We commemorate the victims of Srebrenica with respect
Zagreb, July 11 (Hibya) - Croatian Prime Minister Andrej Plenkovic said on the anniversary of the Srebrenica Genocide that Croatia honors the victims with respect and will continue supporting Bosnia and Herzegovina's European future.
In a message marking the anniversary of the Srebrenica Genocide, Croatian Prime Minister Andrej Plenkovic said they respectfully commemorate the Bosniak victims and once again clearly and unequivocally condemn the massacre.
Plenkovic stated that the victims of Srebrenica remain in collective memory both as a warning and as a lasting call for humanity, common sense, and mutual respect to prevail over division.
Highlighting the importance of preserving the culture of remembrance, Plenkovic stressed that building societies free of violence and respectful of everyone's dignity is a shared responsibility.
Plenkovic added that Croatia will continue supporting peace, stability, and the European perspective of Bosnia and Herzegovina, emphasizing that the country's progress should be based on dialogue, mutual understanding, and cooperation.
