Phone call between Qatar and Pakistan
Doha, May 17 (Hibya) - Qatar’s Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani held a phone call with Pakistan’s Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif.
According to a statement from Qatar’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Qatar’s Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al-Thani held a phone call with Pakistan’s Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif.
During the call, bilateral relations, regional developments, and Pakistan’s mediation efforts aimed at reducing tensions were discussed. The Qatari side thanked Pakistan for diplomatic initiatives that contributed to the ceasefire process between the United States and Iran and reiterated its support for mediation efforts.
