European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen announced that she met with the Prime Minister of Sweden and Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi in Gothenburg. Von der Leyen stated that the European Union (EU)-India agreement heralds a new era in relations and that they are working for the agreement to enter into force this year.
