Peskov did not confirm information about the conversation between Putin and Trump
Moscow, February 9 (Hibya) - Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov neither confirmed nor denied information regarding a phone conversation between Russian President Vladimir Putin and former U.S. President Donald Trump.
Peskov stated: "While working with the administration in Washington, various communications occur through different channels. Of course, amid this vast array of interactions, I may personally be unaware of something. Therefore, in this case, I cannot confirm or deny this information."
The New York Post previously reported that Trump had spoken on the phone with his Russian counterpart about resolving the conflict in Ukraine.
