Malaysia, July 11 (Hibya) – UK Foreign Secretary David Lammy met with Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi at the ASEAN summit in Malaysia.
UK Foreign Secretary David Lammy held a meeting with Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi at the ASEAN summit in Malaysia.
Lammy stated that they discussed bilateral cooperation topics and areas of disagreement, particularly the continued detention of Jimmy Lai. He added: "We also discussed various foreign policy and security issues, including the Middle East and Russia’s illegal invasion of Ukraine."
