Montenegrin President Jakov Milatovic stated that during his meeting with NATO Supreme Allied Commander Europe (SACEUR) General Aleksus G. Grinkevich, they reaffirmed that the country's security is ensured through responsibility, alliance, and stronger defense capabilities.

Highlighting the main points of the meeting and Montenegro's position, Milatovic said: "During the meeting, we reaffirmed that the security of the state is ensured through responsibility, alliance, and stronger defense capabilities. Montenegro is a reliable NATO ally and a factor of stability in the Western Balkans."

Emphasizing the fundamental principle of alliance relations, Milatovic stated: "An alliance is confirmed through consistency and action."
