Meloni: We are facing a spiral of hatred
Rome, June 1 (Hibya) – Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni stated that they are facing a spiral of hatred fueled by an ideological fanaticism that crosses borders.
Prime Minister Meloni reacted to the threats made against the children of Deputy Prime Minister Matteo Salvini and Minister Matteo Piantedosi.
She emphasized that what they are facing is not isolated incidents, but a spiral of hatred driven by cross-border ideological fanaticism, and said:
“I stand in full solidarity with Salvini and Piantedosi. No political disagreement, no ideological battle can justify an attack on children, on the most private and sacred space in a person’s life.”
