In an interview with the internet program "Empathy Manuchi," Lavrov said, "All subsequent versions are the result of the attempt to assault the American initiative by Volodymyr Zelensky and 'his sponsors' from the UK, Germany, France, and the Baltic countries."

Lavrov reminded that the U.S. plan includes a clause regarding the restoration of the rights of Russian minorities in Ukraine.

Lavrov continued, "The leaked versions do not mention anything about this. It is said that the parties will be tolerant of each other. The 'tolerance agreement,' you know. And Ukraine will comply with all EU standards in this regard: tolerance and the like."

The Russian Foreign Minister added that no one has delivered the 20-point document, discussed by U.S., European, and Ukrainian representatives after the Anchorage summit, to Russia.

Lavrov said, "In Anchorage (Alaska), we found approaches based on American proposals that opened the path to peace. The document covered all the key issues and suggested resolving them according to the realities on the ground. This included issues we created to protect Russians from the Nazi regime, and to protect the Russian language, culture, history, and Orthodoxy."

The minister added that a final peace treaty could be swiftly decided upon based on these foundations.
