Orban: This plan is an open declaration of war against Hungary
Budapest, February 11 (Hibya) - Hungarian Prime Minister Orban sharply criticized Brussels over claims regarding Ukraine's EU membership.
Prime Minister Orban responded to the content published by Brussels-based Politico, which he called the “five-point Zelensky plan,” expressing his dissatisfaction.
Orban said, “The official publication of the Brussels elite, Politico, has published the latest military plan of Brussels and Kiev. They decided to accept Ukraine into the EU by 2027.”
He sees this plan as a threat to Hungary and said, “This new plan is an open declaration of war against Hungary.”
Orban claims that Brussels is not considering the decision of the Hungarian people and stated, “They are determined to remove the Hungarian government at any cost. They want the Tisza Party to come to power, because then there will be no more veto, no more resistance, and the situation where we stay out of their conflict will end.”
Referring to the elections to be held in April, Orban said, “This April, we must stop them at the ballot box. Fidesz is the only force standing between Hungary and the Brussels administration, and the only guarantee of Hungarian sovereignty.”
