Kallas: Europe and Indo-Pacific partners are at a critical turning point
Brussels, 21 November (Hibya) – EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy and European Commission Vice-President Kaja Kallas emphasized in her opening speech at the Indo-Pacific Ministerial Forum that Europe and partners in the Indo-Pacific region face the same global challenges.
Kallas underlined in her speech that Europe and Indo-Pacific partners are confronted with the same global challenges.
She said: “We face the same threats — climate change, terrorism, global and regional crises.” Kallas called: “Let us turn these challenges into opportunities for growth, partnership, and innovation.”
