The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) announced the completion of a large-scale air operation targeting strategic defense systems in Iran.

According to the IDF, numerous Air Force fighter jets carried out strikes on targets in Iran under the direction of AMAN, the Military Intelligence Directorate of the Israel Defense Forces.

The operation reportedly targeted defense systems that had recently been deployed in Iran, and it was claimed that these systems were destroyed.

The statement also said: "As part of Operation 'Roar of the Lion', the IDF carried out deep strikes against the defense systems of the Iranian terrorist regime. The completed attacks further enhance the Air Force's freedom of action in Iranian airspace."
