Greek Prime Minister Mitsotakis holds congratulatory call with Milatovic
Podgorica, November 5 (Hibya) – Greek Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis called Montenegrin President Jakov Milatovic to congratulate him on the European Commission’s positive assessment of the country’s progress report.
During the conversation, Prime Minister Mitsotakis reiterated Greece’s full support for Montenegro’s EU accession process and praised President Milatovic’s leadership and the tangible results achieved.
Milatovic thanked him for the congratulations and stated that Montenegro sees Greece as a reliable friend and ally on its European path.
It was also announced that Greek President Konstantinos Tasoulas will pay an official visit to Montenegro in December, and Prime Minister Mitsotakis is expected to visit the country by the end of the year.
