Ghebreyesus: Every child has the right to access healthcare
Geneva, September 17 (Hibya) – World Health Organization (WHO) Director-General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus called for reducing preventable harm in childcare.
WHO Director-General Ghebreyesus stated: “Every child has the right from the very beginning to access safe and quality healthcare.”
He urged parents, caregivers, healthcare workers, health service leaders, educators, and communities to unite in action to prevent avoidable harm in childcare and build a safer, healthier future for all children.
