German Foreign Minister Wadephul meets Norwegian Foreign Minister Eide
Norway, July 14 (Hibya) – German Foreign Minister Johann Wadephul met with Norwegian Foreign Minister Espen Barth Eide in the city of Bodø to discuss European security, NATO cooperation, and strategic developments in the Arctic region.
German Foreign Minister Johann Wadephul announced that he met with Norwegian Foreign Minister Espen Barth Eide in the Norwegian city of Bodø.
Wadephul stated that Germany and Norway are close partners and NATO allies, adding that the two countries are working together to strengthen NATO cooperation, maritime security, and resilience against geopolitical challenges.
Wadephul also stressed that the security of the High North, a region of strategic importance to Europe, is also of critical importance to Europe's security.
