EU Commission President von der Leyen visits energy shelters in Ukraine
Brussels, September 20 (Hibya) - European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen visited energy shelters in Ukraine.
Commission President von der Leyen noted that state service firefighters acted to control the flames and rescue people when a Russian bomb fell.
She stated that they provided support to firefighters with generators and emergency equipment: “I also visited the valuable energy shelters that are one of President Volodymyr Zelensky's points of invincibility during crises,” she said.
