During the call, Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte emphasized the urgent need for more assistance to reach the innocent residents of Gaza.

Rutte stated in his remarks, "They currently need water, food, fuel, and medical aid. It is also necessary for the international community to continue supporting Israel. The best way to facilitate the acceptance of extensive aid is through humanitarian corridors. We also discussed the possibility of delivering humanitarian aid to Gaza by sea through Cyprus."

Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte called for caution in military interventions to minimize regional escalation and the loss of innocent civilian lives. He said, "This does not mean abandoning the right to self-defense, but Israel must also demonstrate proportionality. Israel needs to restore deterrence against terrorist organizations."
