Qatari Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Sani held a meeting with the Vice President of the State of Palestine, Hussein Al Sheikh, during his official visit to Qatar.

The meeting addressed cooperation relations between the two countries and ways to strengthen and develop them, as well as the latest developments in the Gaza Strip and the occupied Palestinian territories, along with a number of issues of mutual concern.

The Prime Minister and Foreign Minister reiterated Qatar’s firm and unwavering position in support of the Palestinian cause and the Palestinian people’s resistance, within the framework of a two-state solution based on international legitimacy and the 1967 borders, with East Jerusalem as the capital of an independent Palestinian state.
