Pakistan's Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar issued a statement regarding the Houthi drone attack on Taif, which killed a Yemeni resident and injured a Saudi citizen and a Pakistani citizen.

Dar said they were deeply concerned about the attack, adding that according to information received, the condition of the injured Pakistani citizen was critical.

Dar said Pakistan strongly condemned the attack, which endangered the lives of innocent people and threatened regional peace and security, adding: “We stand in full solidarity with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and its people.”
