Croatian Foreign Minister Gordan Grlic Radman hosted a meeting on the sidelines of the 81st Session of the United Nations (UN) General Assembly as part of Croatia's 2026 Chairmanship of the U.S.-Adriatic Charter (A5).

According to a statement by the Croatian Foreign Ministry, the meeting titled "Strengthening Resilience: Energy Security and Hybrid Threats" addressed the diversification of energy sources, protection of critical infrastructure, and the establishment of safe and reliable energy supply routes.

The discussions also covered ways to strengthen regional resilience, while Croatia highlighted the importance of strong regional cooperation and the enduring strategic role of the United States in ensuring the stability of Southeast Europe.
