Carney: Partnership with Germany is rapidly developing
Ottawa, 17 June (Hibya) - Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney said that economic cooperation with Germany is strengthening and that the partnership between the two countries is developing rapidly.
Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney said that Germany’s new investments in Canada are creating opportunities in areas such as liquefied natural gas (LNG), solar energy and critical minerals.
Speaking during the G7 Summit, Carney noted that he met with German Chancellor Friedrich Merz and discussed the next stages of cooperation between the two countries.
Carney emphasized that the goal is to further strengthen the economic and strategic partnership between Canada and Germany in the coming period.
