Deniz polisinden Adalar çevresinde 'deniz taksi' denetimi

Lithuanian Foreign Minister Kestutis Budrys announced that Lithuania has joined the Treaty of Amity and Cooperation in Southeast Asia.

Budrys said the move reflects his country's commitment to international law, respect for the sovereignty of states, and the importance it places on the peaceful settlement of disputes.

Noting that ASEAN is becoming an increasingly important partner for Lithuania in trade, innovation, energy, and cybersecurity, Budrys said that as Lithuania prepares for the Presidency of the Council of the European Union in 2027, it seeks to further strengthen the partnership between the European Union and ASEAN and work together for peace, stability, and shared prosperity.
