Budrys said the US military presence on the ground is vital for deterrence, defense and security on NATO’s eastern flank.
Budrys said Lithuania sets an example as a determined Ally by allocating 5 percent to defense, strengthening its national capabilities and providing training conditions for Allied forces, adding that he is proud of his country’s stance.
