Brussels, August 3 (Hibya) - The High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs, Josep Borrell, pointed out that the famine declared in Sudan is man-made, caused by the Sudanese Armed Forces, Rapid Support Forces, and relevant militias.
The EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs, Borrell, emphasized that the famine declared in Sudan is man-made, caused by the Sudanese Armed Forces, Rapid Support Forces, and relevant militias, stating:
"Blocking access to food, healthcare, and aid supplies is a clear violation of international law and constitutes a war crime."
