Bondi: There is no safe haven for criminals under the Trump administration
Washington, January 23 (Hibya) – U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi announced that Ryan Wedding, a former Canadian Olympic athlete listed on the FBI’s Most Wanted List, has been captured. Bondi said that there is no safe haven for criminals under the Trump administration.
U.S. Attorney General Bondi stated that, acting on her instructions, FBI agents under the Department of Justice have apprehended another individual listed on the FBI’s Most Wanted List.
Bondi identified the individual as Ryan Wedding, a former Olympic athlete who is later alleged to have led a violent cocaine trafficking network, and said that Wedding has been brought to the United States to stand trial.
Emphasizing that this development is a direct result of U.S. President Donald Trump’s leadership centered on law and order, Bondi said: “Under President Trump, there is no safe haven for criminals. FBI Director Patel has worked with great dedication to bring fugitives to justice. We thank our Ambassador Ron Johnson and the Mexican authorities for their support in this process.”
