Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha held a meeting with the Speaker of the Finnish Parliament, Jussi Halla-aho.

Sybiha stated that they discussed the importance of parliamentary diplomacy, defense cooperation, the termination of obligations under the Ottawa Convention, and Ukraine’s EU and NATO accession process.

"We are grateful to the Finnish Parliament for its unwavering support for Ukraine, which unites all parties and political forces. We also appreciate the Speaker’s personal efforts in promoting our shared values around the world. As a special sign of respect and honor toward Ukraine, we deeply value that the Speaker conducted the talks in impressively fluent Ukrainian."
