Spanish Minister of Foreign Affairs, European Union and Cooperation Jose Manuel Albares referred to the importance of the strategic partnership with the United Kingdom and developments regarding Gibraltar.

Delivering a message of shared vision and cooperation, Albares said: “The United Kingdom is a strategic partner for Spain and the European Union, and we support a common political, economic and security agenda with them.”

Referring to the diplomatic processes between the two countries, Minister Jose Manuel Albares stated: “The agreement regarding Gibraltar is a major turning point.”
