Albanese: We begin every parliamentary term by remembering those who served and their sacrifices
Canberra, February 2 (Hibya) – Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese said that before each parliamentary year, they commemorate the soldiers who lost their lives and those who served at the Australian War Memorial.
Australian Prime Minister Albanese made a statement regarding the commemorative ceremony held at the Australian War Memorial ahead of each parliamentary year.
Albanese said, “We remember every Australian who lost their life, those who returned home but could never leave the scars of war behind, all Australians who have served and those who continue to serve today.”
Emphasizing the importance of remembrance, Albanese stated, “Before each parliamentary year, we come together at the Australian War Memorial to recall their service, their sacrifice, and our responsibility to honor that sacrifice.”
